Description

(this mask posted for sale on Etsy March 13, 2011)
Leather Goat Mask With Long Horns...Baphomet-inspired...
Featuring extra long horns (as compared to my other goat masks) and a devilish pointed nose...
Leather goat mask is colored with a mix of leather dyes and paints and is made of hand molded and formed leather. It has a protective topcoat and a pair of 5/8" grosgrain ribbon ties that have been sewn onto the mask. This mask also has a partial felt lining, just a bit through the nose/brow area for added fit and comfort. The horn span, at the tops of the horns, is about 16".
Mask is made of high quality leather. I work in light leather that accepts and holds detailed molding and forming. The horns on this mask are made of seperate pieces of leather for added dimension and character. They have been well and thoroughly secured to the face of the mask.

If you look through my Etsy feedback you will see a fabulous photo that a customer of a previous goat mask (though one that was a little different, with smaller horns and different detail) included with his feedback... :)

Very impressive!

Though I doubt I'd wear it myself; I'm tall enough to hit my head on low hanging door frames as it is let alone with great big horns on my head :giggle:

Keep up the awesome work :)
